Initial Consultation and Quotation

Initial Consultation: We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project's scope and requirements. During this consultation, we assess your needs and provide guidance on the estimation process.  

Quotation: Following the initial consultation, we provide a detailed quotation for our estimation services. This quotation is based on factors such as the project's size, type (Tender/Commercial Support), complexity, and estimated time required for completion.

Estimation Service Fees

Estimation Fee: We charge a fee for our estimation services, which covers the actual estimation work. This fee is determined based on the project's complexity and scope.

Payment Milestones

Deposit (50%): To initiate our estimation services, we may request an upfront deposit of 50% of the estimated estimation service fee. This deposit secures our services for your project.

Progress Payments: Depending on the project's size and duration, we may suggest progress payments. These payments can be billed at specific project milestones, such as after completing a portion of the estimation work

Completion and Tender Success

Completion Payment (50%): Upon completing the estimation work to your satisfaction, we bill the remaining 50% of the estimated estimation service fee.

Tender Success Bonus (if applicable): In some cases, we may include a bonus clause. For example, we may charge an additional 10% of the total project value if your project is successful and moves forward based on our estimations.

Payment Terms: Our contracts specify clear payment terms, including due dates, late payment penalties, and any applicable taxes.

Contracts: All payment terms and structures are clearly outlined in our contracts and agreements with clients. These documents also include a scope of work, project timeline, and dispute resolution procedures.
